shoutout to all the gainers currently having to deal with hearing an onslaught of fatphobia & diet talk from relatives.
whether you're pushing back or grinning and bearing it, you're doing great, and nothing that judgemental family members say can devalue this beautiful thing you're doing for yourself.
#personally if i have to hear my parents talk about keto or deny the harm of yo-yo dieting one more time i am going to flip my lid#i've tried to talk to my mom in particular so many times about why weight loss diets are bad for you and don't work long-term#but she has only doubled down on her intense fatphobia#so nowadays i just keep my mouth shut#elise.rtf
